Includes an online based in-depth design and options review utilizing our detailed design and lifestyle questionnaire, information about natural and sustainable construction methods, building codes and other topics related to your project, and a review of the inspirational architectural photos from your Houzz or Pinterest accounts. We'll also discuss the benefits of the Passive House design standard. ($400) Renovations and additions will also receive a photo/measurement session of your existing home ($295) and a set of as-built drawings. The fee for as-built drawings is extra and based on the size of your home. Infills (and possibly additions) may require a surveyor to measure the "block face" of the adjacent homes to your property to determine the front setback and provide a building pocket. ($1000)
