Stage 3

Construction Drawings

Once your design is finalized we'll develop a complete set of construction drawings and building specifications that are suitable for applying for architectural approval, building permits, or sending to trades for quotes and construction.

In addition to your typical paper drawings we go one step further by providing an interactive, digital hypermodel of your home that you can navigate in 3D from your phone, tablet, or web browser. All of your construction drawings and details are a click or swipe of the finger away.

We make it easy for you to completely understand your custom design by providing nearly unlimited images, videos, and virtual reality tours of your home. Don't wonder what the largest investment of your life might be like - know for sure by experiencing your home before you build.

Stage 4

Post Permit Service

Our services don’t end until you've moved in to your new home. We’re available throughout your build to answer questions or revise the drawings due to change orders. We can even perform a site inspection (if requested) to make sure construction is proceeding as per the plans and specifications.
